Hello, thank you so much for sharing your original recipes, I totally love how you experiment with "scientific research" (I like to call it that) of what best ratio of ingredients make a perfect frosting! I love baking but I just started researching baking recipes a few years ago and I'm hooked, but I hope to get better at it, your videos are Awesome and I can learn better with your help, thank you thank you thank you!! Just tried this recipe yesterday to top my mini GF carrot cupcakes; worked perfectly! Nice and light, and pipeable even in an 80* kitchen. Added a touch more than recommend more lemon juice for more tangy flavor.

Funny enough to each their own but cream cheese frosting is one of my favorite and easiest by far to use when making cakes

Cream cheese itself makes an excellent base for frosting. The simplest 2 ingredient frosting is powdered sugar & cream cheese (no butter)

I made this cream cheese frosting. It turned out beautiful and delicious but still not as firm as yours. Hoping the left over that I will freeze will be more stable once I'm ready to use more again.

also just make your own cream cheese with milk and lemon juice... ensures it does not have a lot of water

Interesting concept. I use vegan brand cream cheese (tofutti) and earth balance butter and never have issues but if I use that same butter alone, I have broken frosting almost every time. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
