I tried this today!! Love the flavour the texture the lightness everything!! This is the first time I've been successfully able to make ANY frosting at all and I've been trying for years on and off thank you soo much for sharing this !!

I’ve been doing something similar to this for a few months now… but I haven’t tried it using cold butter and cream cheese. I must say adding the cream cheese last and being careful to not over beat it is a game changer! I’m going to try this using cold butter and cream cheese .

Would this frosting work well for a 3 layer cake frosted and put in the fridge 2 days? Does it still have that rich cream cheese flavor for cream cheese lovers?
