Stubborn Glutes?!? Try this Leg Day Routine

The Glutes seem impossible to develop and this leads to a lot of fads and quick fixes.
But, at the core of non responding glutes, is a misaligned Pelvis, if you can control your Hips, you will finally engage the complete use of your Glutes.
Anterior Pelvic Tilt has become the default position, due to many hours sitting down.
A defaulted Tilt, bypasses the Glutes and puts tension primarily on the Hamstrings.
When you have the proper alignment of the pelvis, you will instantly feel the contribution of the Gluteus Maximus, Minimus and the Hip Flexors.

In this video, I will show you how to wake up your Glutes, with a short Leg Day workout, that can boost your Glute development in one session, when you have the right alignment.

I always climb stairs in two's ; always skipping a step. You get up the stairs twice as fast and activate more muscles than going one by one.

Just discovered your channel and have learnt so much after just watching a couple of videos already, thank you! Do you have any recommendations for glute exercises for people who don’t have access to a gym and only have a few hand weights, a step and resistance bands. Thanks again 🙏

Hey, I would really appriciate a respone on this.
I have club foot on both sides (mostly on the left foot) and flat feet. I have been wearing orthotics for years and like others I see no evidence of wearing orthotics and custom shoes correcting my flat feet. Do you think I would se a difference with trying minimalist shoes and doing feet exercises? I find the "barefoot movement" really interesting with minimalist shoes and kinda learning how to walk again (properly) but I really haven't found and answer to if this is possible due to my clubfoot. My podriatrist says I should continue with the insoles and shoes.

Love how informative your videos are btw, keep up the great work!
