A pro tip is to use a bright colored tube or rim tape so you can easily check for pinches. One of my mates has black tubes black rim tape and I couldn't see shit. Mine is black tube fluro green rim tape easy to see

Try TPU inner tubes on your lightweight bikes. TPU can be 100% recycled. I use the green Cyclami ones which weigh just 35 grams and are cheap and durable.

I personally pump the tube up to give it some shape as it comes out like fettuccini to make it easier to go in. Also with rim brakes I put the wheel back in before I pump it back up if I'm using a gas cylinder inflator. My favourite inflator is Genuine Innovations Ultraflate. If you want to use a hand pump get a frame pump like a Topeak frame pump which sits horizontally under your top tube. Its position gives you the minimum aerodynamic drag and its length gives you the maximum effectiveness. Have a air pressure gauge if you want to see if you have inflated it enough. Buy some TPU thermoplastic tubes to save space and weight.

Thanks for the video harley. But to be honest some tyres like Challenge are a freaking pain in the ass to get on extremely stiff even with right technique you will need a lever. The construction of the rubber is supple but very very tight.
