My husband has MS so I listen to your videos mostly to give him ideas. But I find your videos helpful to so many others. For instance, I have a stationary job and I am going to do some of these things when I cannot get away from my desk during the day. And my elderly parents will be getting this info too. I am so appreciative of you following this call on your life. You really care and it shows.

Praise God and God bless Dr. Boster I am watching this from a tredmill at the gym. He is my Neurologist and he is the only neurologist that considered what I wanted and chose my treatnent according to what I wanted. Love my swim HITT workout!

He manages my symptoms so I can work to make the changes I want in my life.❤

I have an amazing MS Warrior friend who is bedridden- she has done your intermittent fasting and works out now using a pedal machine in bed, and has lost weight and gotten stronger by excercising.

I love these peeps! I lift weights in two ways - super heavy 6 reps for hypertrophy, and then lighter 20 reps for cardio. I hope it will work.

Wow! Dr. Gretchen and Dr. Boster ….. two great MS specialists. Love both Dr. Gretchen’s YouTube channel and monthly Monday webinars and Dr. B’s early morning & “ask me anything” videos and his YouTube channel also. Both have been a great help in helping me both manage my MS and keeping me informed on everything MS. God bless them both. ❤

A mini bike like the under desk peddler is a big help. Balance is my issue with walking. Using the pedals really helps with building stamina for me. I am so grateful for PT and OT.
I would love to be rid of this paresthesia.

I have primary progressive MS snd struggle to walk, but I use the indoor spin bike and have built up to 30mins daily. I can also do resistance training with a set of rubber hex dumbbells and a bench for compound movements.

I have started incrporating bicycle riding (I have a 3 wheeler) and at the gym I do some TRX and Pilates to try to manage my spasticity.

I used the feet pedals with my feet. Very slow at first but I used the small movement in one foot to eventually get both feet going again.
