I owned a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. I love it!!! The moment I laid eyes on it, I knew this car belongs to me. My daughter called me and asked me if I seen the new Buick Lacrosse and I said yep! And, I’m going to get it. She said, she wanted to get it too, but it doesn’t makes sense having two Lacrosse’s in the family. I then said, I guess your gonna have to find another car. So far no problems. Basic yearly inspections. Pass every time. 70K miles after 13 years. I’m retired and don’t travel much. It rides new every time. It still looks great. Needs new rear shocks. $60/parts, do it yourself buying the part online. Otherwise, it still running great. Many mechanics at the dealership compliment me on how well the car been taking care of. When you’re blessed with a nice car by God, you really should take good care of it and it will take care of you. No serious…out of the pocket money yet to put in this car. That’s a blessing! I tell everybody to buy this Lacrosse. It’s a great reliable car. I’ve been a Buick owner all my life.

Just bought this car in 2021 with 13k miles on it. It’s in mint condition and I love it. From the exterior to the interior they did a really nice job on this car.

I have a 2014 Buick LaCrosse Premium 1 3.6 FWD and thankfully, I've been able to fix the issues myself like replacing the vent valve solenoid in my vapor canister box that caused me to fail my emissions test, fuel rail sensor, camshaft position sensors, spark plugs and ignition coils and my two front wheel hub bearing and assembly, sway bar links in the front and of course change my own oil regularly. In addition, i did my front and rear rotors and brake pads.

Now, the next thing is replacing my struts in the front and shocks in the rear and cleaning my fuel injectors. I hope i won't need any new fuel injectors. That'll be $400 for 6 of them.

Owning a car is a big responsibility. Being able to fix quite a bit of your own issues is a big help and something to be proud of.

Family’s had a 2013 LaCrosse leather group with the 3.6L since brand new. Love the Intellilink system and it’s still pretty peppy 9 years later. An awesome car and it will always be one of my favorites.

2010 Lacrosse best car I've ever owned, 205, 000 miles (many of that on rural gravel roads and on oil field lease roads) and still runs like a top. Only major repair has been to replace the AC compressor at 140k and the starter at 195k the key is regular maintenance and maybe a little luck. will have to replace the rear shocks before long

I'm glad I still have my 07 Lacrosse with the 3800. Bullet- proof. Don't think I'd let it go for one of these.

We have the “13” model and “Knock on Wood” we’ve had no problems yet!
Great info to keep an eye on though!

2012 lacrosse with 72k i got it at 50k only had 1 issue Ac compressor went out. Had a aftermarket warranty company fix it no outta pocket for me. Other than that great car i did alot of proactive maintenance. Trans flush, coolant flush, evap cleaning, throttle body cleaning, new spark plugs, new battery, new water pump, regular oil change of course and new tires/rear shocks i work at a dealership so i get everything discounted and techs work on my car for dirt cheap. Overall the lacrosse is a good car but you gotta fork over the money when its due and sometimes its good to just be proactive and do routine maintenance. Aka more than just oil changes it cost to maintain a reliable vehicle always remember that

Hi All,
I do appreciate your honesty as well.
Not many will walk you through this.
As a woman that knows nothing about cars always feel that I’m being taken advantage of. I have 2012 Buick lacrosse leather for almost 10 months luckily low miles but it was time for a inspection. Found out it needed tires all around and some other stuff I had no clue what it was and it cost me whopping $3000. Smh
Haven’t even had car for year yet ughhhh
Anyways, I always hear a light noise when driving any idea what that is?

Truly appreciate this video. I have a 2010 lacrosse 3.0 it runs pretty solid but I definitely had ABS stability track issues. It's crazy I hear many people talk about this issue and a lot of people don't know that if the speed sensor is bold you have to change the hub because they're connected

I appreciate the heads up on these known problems.

2011 Buick lacross CXL. 124, 777 miles on it. More reliable then my bmw. I changed the waterpump, battery, spark plugs, breaks and rotors. This car is a tank if you take care of it. I am changing the alternator with my stimulus check. My only issue is that damn Onstar module. That shit never works.

I’m looking into getting a Buick lacrosse or a Buick encore, I love the Buick cars and the interior. Idk what year I’ll end up with just yet though

Had the water pump go on mine really early, always wheel bearings going bad. AC doesn't work. Slips a bit from 1st to second gear. It still runs though...

I own a 2010, & still love driving it. These are great cars, but pre-maintenance is key. All cars will need repairs sooner or later but it matters how you maintain these vehicles.
