Power Lifter with Hip Pain and Inpingment

At OrthoPelvic PT we don’t just treat pelvic floors. We also treat orthopedic injuries! Here’s a power lifter who came to use a few weeks away with hip pain and a hip impingement. We’ve been working on increasing control and depth and reducing his hip shift. Now, he’s squatting with less pain and no hip shift.
