A nurse once told me her secret after I had my baby. Take cotton balls and soak them in a mix of witch hazel, olive oil and sea salt. (I can’t recall the ratios, maybe 4:1:.5) stick them in the freezer. When you have an eruption, stick one of those babies in your cheeks, and chill on the couch for about 20 minutes. (I recommend sticking a cloth between your garment or things will get oily). It worked fabulous for me
