Fastest way is sneaky goblins, nothing else

I train 12 super wall breakers at the front and the rest sneaky gobs, treating it like one big army but getting like 8-10 attacks out of it, after an attack re-train what you used and move super wall breakers to the start. that works well for me. then using rage/jump spells to get the town hall occasionally to maintain trophies, I find rages better than haste since you won't need to commit as many goblins for the town hall and usually you'll run out of goblins before you will spells anyway.

i use sneaky gobs, super wall breakers, jump, invis. very easy to snipe town halls and you can farm whenever you come across a base with good loot. no heroes needed

Yeah haste or high level rage is good in my opinion for gobs, haste I believe is a smaller spell size so it's more easy to train more

In my opinion the shovel of obstacles in the Clan games is quite underrated. 50 gems is a lot, especially when you are a f2p player or set yourself a Limit of much you spend.

i used sneaky and super barbs + warden tomed yeti blimp for th snipe if needed, pushed up to titans 2 4500+ 🏆
