For the first time in my life I got a Chess Talk puzzle correct

I got this and I'll always remember this trick, because before one year I got a position similar to this in my puzzles in Lichess. I was 2200 in my Puzzles, at last, I moved the wrong piece and I lost 28 ratings :( now I am 2089 in my Lichess Puzzles.

Moving knight to e7 is also a good move that move was on my mind . But your move was also good

It's quite easy, since it's the only possible good move. Also, after Ne5, I think whatever black moves, just advance with the pawn is winning. Taking the black knight would be just wasted time. Maybe I'm not seeing some magic there if we ignore the black knight, if so, please point it out. Thanks! :)
Edit: .. I see it now, nevermind. :D

The winning move is Ne5 as it saves the black king from advancing towards the pawn, If king moves anywhere or captures the knight then you can start advancing your pawn and finally, If the knight moves then you capture can capture it either with knight or king (if moves on g4 knight captures and you will advance your king towards the pawn in the upcoming moves, if moved on f3 or f1 then king captures then black captures the knight and you advance your pawn)

Knight to e5 sacrificing the knight if he take it then we can simply make a queen and won easily and the king cant even move further

its not just about finding the move, it's about looking forward 2 to 3 moves and all the what ifs

Ne5 is the best move because it defends pawn and if he captures the knight we can continue to promote our pawn

First, move the black king to F7.
Secondly, the white pawn moved to h7 by your opponent.
Then, move again the black king to G7.
Then the opponent will move his pawn to h8(because there isn't no way to stop the king. If he didn't move the pawn G7, the king can easily take White's pawn. Am I correct?

Knight to e7, if king captures on e7 then we can push our pawn to h7 and there is no stopping the pawn's promotion, if king does not capture on e7 then knight to g8+ then king is forced to move to either f5 or f7 then we can just push our pawn to promotion solved it in 2 minutes

Ne7 blocking the king from attacking the poan + forcing it to move either behind or capturing the knight in anycase we promote

Other options,
Option 1
White-N e7
Black-K e7 (capturing Knight)
Then White promotes h6 pawn easily
Option 2
White- N e7
Black- Any
White- N f5
Black- Any
Then White promotes h6 pawn easily again

Correct me if I am wrong

Knight e5. Black takes knight or goes g5. Pawn h7. King follows. Pawn h8. Queen h8. Black escaping. Queen takes knight h2. Proceeds to a king-queen checkmate in the sides or corners

Even knight e7 does the same thing right? Cuz that's what I thought first and see nothing wrong

I would do knight E7 because if king takes knight, pawn promotes and if king attacks pawn, knight F5 prevents
