One of the most frustrating part of installing windows 10 64 bits on the MacBook Pro Early 2011 is the sound driver problem. Unlike most of the MacBook Pro the bootcamp driver usually solved the sound easily but not this one.

MacBook Pro 2011 other drivers i.e. trackpad, keyboard, graphic can easily be copied from the bootcamp in the mac os. However for the sound there is no way to detect the hardware without some hacking to do.

The original sound driver for MacBook Pro Early 2011 is Cirrus Logic CS4206B (AB 28) which you can find it from the bootcamp or from cirrus logic website itself. But after it is installed nothing will happen. Only when the hacked is done to the DSDT file then the driver will magically appear.

Good News!
I found out how to remove the test mode sign so if we use cmd the sound will turn back on but luckily there is a app called uwd stands for universal water mark disabler down load it and click install you will get logged out login again and the sound should still work and the test mode will not appear

Ok guys it definitely does work. You have to highlight it and do it line by line EXACTLY the way it is done in the video.
At 3:58 is an example of where you need to repaste exactly as done- the line you have already pasted in beforehand, only this time including the latter part of the script.

After finishing the video sound did not work. There is an extra step in the forum instructions which is "Proceed to step 2" at the end of "Option 1 use intel method" It is mentioned there but not in the video.

After restarting my computer I did step 2 and ran these commands one at a time:

c: & cd \dsdt
asl /loadtable dsdt-modified.aml
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

Then restart again. My sounds now works, 2011 Macbook Pro

Congratulations! It really worked on my MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012. I followed your tutorial step by step. Do not forget the last two steps described on the website that do not appear in the video. But above all, do it as an Administrator. These two points stuck me at first. The only downside is that a watermark will appear in the lower right quadrant of the Windows Pro probe mode screen from now on. Do not try to remove it by disabling probe mode because the sound will stop working again.

This worked for my Macbook Pro 15" late 2011, Thank you! For some people watching, the commands in " STEP2" need to be executed before reboot, or it won't work, the video went over it pretty quickly so first time I didn't see it

Nice this works on my Macbook Pro Mid 2012. Follow every steps shown in the video and had to execute Step 2 first (described in the tutorial website which was not shown in this video) before rebooting to get mine working

That forum worked. I genuinely didn't think it would. It might seem like an obvious thing to say but remember to press enter when copy and pasting the command prompt commands. Also, I have to keep my macbook pro in Test Mode for the driver to continue to be recognised but it honestly doesn't cause a problem.
