➡️ I have been struggling with low mood and anxiety since May and I was start to feel good again until recently when I have run into a bit of financial difficulty and now here in the uk this Covid stuff is starting to dominate the news again which is part of the reason I was struggling with my mental health in May, but I’m in the process of getting my financial difficulties sorted out after I got some advice from a professional advisor and I’m still listening and watching to your content which also helps, one day at a time that’s what I’m trying to do…… keep up the great work you are doing, much love from here in the uk 🇬🇧

Oh dear, you really hit the nail in the head with this video...Analysis paralysis... It's the first time I've heard about this concept, thank you for making me aware of it. But I must say, my heart is probably speaking ancient sumerian because I can't understand anything it's saying :)) Brilliant and inspiring job you're doing, thank you for doing it! ❤

➡️ good advice on change! Change can be scary, but change can be exciting too. I think it’s a great topic to discuss especially during Covid years because I think this pandemic has changed a lot of peoples views on what is important and what is not. It’s brought families closer together and also helped many people realize that we can slow down and make changes to help better ourselves. Myself included. Leaving corporate lifestyle and being able to become a comfortable one income household. Also, I’m a few weeks behind but I just finished up the “stuff” episode on your podcast and I found that super helpful. Now that we don’t have all the extra money coming in from 2 full time incomes, it makes it easier to change our views on what we need rather than what we want.
