Keep in mind that Kali stopped steroids and started eating only fruit because, and I quote, "I can't wait to lose my muscles". And that's exactly what he's doing, losing all his mass, because that excessive amount of muscle and the steroids are (obviously) what caused his heart to fail. He's getting better, even if his approach is excessive.

I’m from Bulgaria. You probably think, things like that are rare in East Europe, but you’ll be wrong. It’s massive, everywhere. So many guys are using it, it’s unbelievable. All of them are aggressive. Those chemicals should be declared illegal. All companies that are producing them, should be closed. Turns normal people to criminals.
