My biggest “tip” is to always be focused. Like the video said, people tend to autopilot. That’s always what gets you killed. Just stop and think for a moment.

"aim is only there to correct a mistake you made" perfectly said. Me and my duo got to high immortal and he constantly felt it was his aim holding him back and i was trying to tell him that aim isn't as big of a worry as he thinks and in my opinion he had good enough aim. This is probably one of if not the ONLY valorant guide that actually speaks majority truth. Most valorant guides are survivorship bias or simily wrong. Dicipline beats talent play consistant by being consistant it's that simple. Good video man keep it up!

You are giving many people tips that they need to get better, you really deserve more subs than you have right now. Goodluck with your venture into youtube.

In march i noticed i really like this game, so im putting in the hours. Not just practicing aim and crosshair placement but trying to get every bit of info on how to improve, guides, correcting bad habits, etc. But if u cant do this at least a fair amount per day its going to take a lot more to progress. Being consistent is key to every hobby, sport and many other things. Nice Video ! gl

I love the way you put this, you say the truth and don't sugar coat it like all the other youtubers do, you break the truth to people who are hardstuck bronze-gold (and higher), getting better isn't a quick fix, it's not something that happens overnight, just like how got good at that other game, you put time into it and got better at it, you aren't going to get good at a game just cause this 1.5M Subscriber youtuber told you "If you use my sensitivity you'll get good overnight"

Good video man <3. All love bro, all good points. I genuinely felt progress when doing the things I preach and that's why I share, especially because no one is talking about it. I've been hardstuck immortal for a long time now and I would work on all aspects except my aim for the longest time, but didn't see any progress. I think it really depends on whats holding you back at the end of the day. Again tho man, really good video I appreciate you, I definitely should start making videos about things other than aim lmaooo. Keep grinding man your videos are getting better every time <3

So I never tried ranked or anything but have been wanting to get better. Watching this is a breath of fresh air. To the point, honest and no bs. Great video man!

You'll see more value playing 4 games every day for 4 days than playing 16 games in one day.
Just how the brain works, for consistent results, you need consistent application and practice.

Regardless to whatever any youtuber or high ranked player may say, mechanics are one of the if not the most important thing(s) in valorant soloQ, so yes train your mechanics and train them equally (not just your aim, but your movement and shooting hygiene as well)

Finally someone who brings it to the point. You cant say such things under certain yt videos because youll 100% just get comments like "average iron", "youre just hardstuck what do you know", "just get good noob" etc etc. And yes I am not even close to the top ranks Im just chilling in plat, but that doesnt mean I or other people cant have opinions, no? So I appreciate it a lot seeing you trying to open the community´s eyes

i always say this and it feels so refreshing to see someone else finally say it & make a video about it
altough if i play many rounds a day i do get exhausted and perform worse, so it really depends on the person - but realistically playing more = getting better

Great video brother, I’d have to say though as a former immortal 3 player, there are some points here that I disagree with for “most” players. Everyone is different and while focusing on crosshair may be great for a small percentage of players I think rather than focusing on crosshair you focus on the enemy’s heads. Especially for someone who aim trains often if you need to adjust your crosshair it is easier to adjust when you are focused on their head rather than the enemy player being in your peripheral. I can go in depth on this if people would like.

I'll preface this by saying I'm familiar with Zapper's content, and I admire that he's willing to post videos on things he is currently learning/working on. Some people learn better by teaching, could be his way of helping himself implement the things he is learning.

2:00 I'll play devils advocate on this point. The point of thinking before the round is: what your plan will be going into the round should be decided before the round.

I like to view every round of Valorant as if it were a game of chess. You should have openers/strats that you can execute that have been thought out before the round, but like chess, you'll need to start freestyling at some point in the "midgame" of the round.

Overall I agree with most of your points, especially the point of everyone putting more weight on aim than other aspects of the game.
