First some warm up after workout
2 sets of 30 seconds jumping jacks,
2 sets of 30 seconds arm circles,
2 sets of 30 seconds high knees,
After some warm up the actual workout :-
3 or 4 sets of 12 - 15 reps push ups
3 or 4 sets of 20 reps sqauts
3 sets of 15 reps of dips
3 sets of 1 min planks
3 sets of 30 reps

I really love this type of focus area exercises… i can feel the compression and how it shreds when i put it on a tension. Just a couple sets and it burns so good.

I've been doing this all along due to my lower back pain. It's a must, there are series of position that we take that are not good for the lower back, one of them squat. Western regular people ( except dancer, gymnasts...) we can't squat properly.

This is true. It also hurts the back when it's arched while doing leg raises. Although it's almost impossible to do if you have anterior pelvic tilt (like me). That is why I incorporate stretches and exercises to correct my posture (like bridges).

If your back is still arching then i suggest raising your head but keeping your neck in a comfortable state

More ab engagement = √
No arching up and down = √
