FWIW, I greatly improved my knee caving problem by really slowing down and concentrating on my knees during the descent. I would use the descent to "prime" myself for where my knees should be during the ascent.

Hey, Izzy!
I can do an ok squat (barely below paralell) with a wider stance. However, I have started getting adductor pain at the groin area from it, so now I can't squat moderately heavy at all. Is there more to the technique here or would a simply heeled shoe (more dorsiflexion allowing open hip angle allowing more narrow stance) fix this?

Great video. My right knee always caves when it gets heavy.

I had the opposite experience with the badgirls. My hips and IT band were cramping up at ten reps with only like 65lbs on it haha, granted you've got a hundred pounds on me in the squat

How do you know if your knee is caving in  too much?.. I am not getting pain in my knees but.. Somtimes it makes a pop sound.. But that dosen't happen that often
