I'm finally at a point where the anxiety is boring and I'm no longer interested when it comes up and it rarely comes up. I'm no longer afraid at all. Thanks to Dennis and sweet baby jesus for giving me the tools and patience I needed. 😊❤🎉

What spoke to me in this video was when you said that what we’re going through is preparing us for the future we’ve always wanted. This is something I think about a lot. I have been suffering with severe IBD for 10 years, with lots of ups and downs. The last several years have been particularly rough. I’m a Christian, and the Bible basically says what you said, that God uses our suffering for our good. I fall into despair and anxiety a lot these days. I struggle to understand why I have to suffer so much. Your channel is new to me, but the last couple of days, it has really helped me to be more calm. Thank you 🙏 God bless.

Confused of lower self? Had anxiety since 8yrs old. I'm now 69 my husband & I moved from our home of 48 years where we raised our family. Fear & anxiety has taken over my whole life. Everything is unfamiliar & not safe to me. Ruminating. negative thoughts don't want to do anything socially.

What spoke to me the most is that the lower self is the one who needs guidance. Not me myself. I am safe and i have nothing to worry about. It's important to start seeing the world from a different perspective. I watched the video until the end because i am more than anxiety and i deserve a life worth living. 🥰😍

I watched till the end. Im going to rewatch this video several times, i really need to absorb this.i am so sick of feeling this way, it has taken over my life & it needs to stop. Everything in this video resonates with me. I am overwhelmed & terrified by the DPDR, intrusive thoughts & fear. I literally dont know how to "lean in" to the fear as it overwhelms me. I will rewatch this again & again

I watched to the end!! Gentle reminder that certain nutrient deficiencies amplify anxiety and muscle tension. Check your iron/ferritin levels, your B vitamin levels, your blood pressure, etc. It doesn't mean that the hard inner work isn't necessary (ie higher self, lower self, identity, intuition, surrender, etc.), however sometimes physical symptoms can be addressed with fortifying your nutrients and nutrition! I am taking care of my low iron levels and my severe muscle tension and nausea (all anxiety symptoms), have eased up. I can now better focus on the inner work!! Thanks Dennis. Love you!
