Dear Gil, Dear IMC, thank you very much for this course. I have been a regular listener of your podcast especially Dharma talks and they have helped and supported me a lot. I struggle to sit still for longer durations of time while meditating, so this course is a blessing for me. I wanted to share my experience...I meditated cross-legged and normally feel that if made aware, my breathing tends to be controlled or uncomfortable leaving a tingly feeling in my feet and hands. During meditation, I become very aware of it. I am not sure it is because of lack of practice to be sitting cross legged or it's ok? :) thank you very much again. Greetings from Switzerland.
