I love how you include your children in your cooking, Jeremy, it’s wonderful. Also, it’s really nice of you to respect your children’s choices, I applaud you for that.

I no longer have teenagers, my three children are all adults, but I still love to watch your videos about your beautiful family.

Greetings from lovely Connecticut 🧡

These are great ideas for my child! It’s me, I’m the child. I need simple delicious ideas for work lunches and snacks.
PS The taco soup is excellent and so easy. Definitely a favourite.

Thanks for the tip to let lemon juice & garlic sit for awhile to mellow the garlic. I'll start adding that to my routine. In addition to the tahini and lemon juice, I add 1/2 to 3/4 cup aquafaba to 2 cups of chickpeas. It makes a really creamy hummus.

If you sprinkle the chocolate chips on the granola right when they come out of the oven they melt and spread easily. I do that and it saves time and one less dish to wash. 💚

So much to like about this video and this channel! Ephraim is to be congratulated- knowledgeable and likable. This is the only cooking channel that I know of that features the entire family. (The kids add, but at the same time there is no sense that you are taking advantage of them.)

I also add about half a cup of mini, Plantbased chocolate chips to several of the deserts that I make, that are otherwise WFPB. I also add 1/2 sesame oil to some Asian dishes. The amount of flavor that it adds makes it worth the tiny amount of extra calories and fat per serving.

And finally, the editing was great. I feel this video was a great use of my time because it featured so many recipes. I only started following your channel about a year ago so many of the recipes in this video were new to me.

This has to be one of my favourite videos you have done. It’s nice that all your family were included. All these recipes will be printed out and included in my favourites. Any chance of you doing a cookbook? Have a great long weekend before it’s back to school for the kids. Sudbury, Ontario. 😄

I made the granola bars but instead of baking them in the oven I did cookie shapes, some round, some square in my dehydrator and it worked beautifully and nothing burns. I did them for one hour at 194 F plus I put choc chips in as well. We love them ! Thank-you!

I was gifted my grandmother's antique metal scale which she used in baking for RCAF soldiers who did testing near their house on Lake Erie. It was probably used for making home remedies also.

I have that exact lemon juicer too, I inherited it from my mother in law who passed away. I’ve never used a better one❤

If your tahini is too solid it's just because the oils have separated so just mix mix mix mix mix. And it will be pourable again
