In this video I share some of the principles and "under the hood" insights for our program design for fat loss, ranging from beginner to advanced, with some real world examples of exercises, sets and reps, and the thought process behind it.

As with anything, who we build the program for and for what goal, drives a lot of the design, but this template is one you can use with success as it's been proven to help thousands of our clients over the last 16 years (we have evolved and continue to, improving on the program design as we learn).

One of my goals has been to share as much as possible of the behind the scenes of what we do and my knowledge in this field, which I will continue to do!

Great insights coach, just loved the methods. just have a lil question if we have someone whos not competent of doing elasticity/power work then how/with what can we can contrast them with? thanks in advance

I wonder if you can do online consultations with clients? I'd love to get a custom plan with everything you mentioned. Doing it on my own has not worked out well for me.
