Thank you so much for this video! It was so helpful to see a woman rowing. I followed several videos of a man (who was amazing), and I just had such a hard time telling with his wide/tall build and frame where I was supposed to be hitting on the pullback etc. this was the first time I was able to follow along without my back hurting!

Her technique is totally wrong. Legs-arms, arms-legs ! She is doing legs arms together both directions.

Are you able to tell how many rowing strokes are needed to make a meter? I have this same rowing machine and it only counts strokes. I need 5000 meters in 25 minutes

I love your effort but you should work on your technique. You’ll got a lot more out of your workout. May I recommend a Dark Horse Rowing video? I think you’ll love it.

Can you adjust the tension further? I put mine on level 8 and it feels like butter.
