I don’t understand American laws but surely the production company should be the ones in court. How can a ‘prop’ be fully loaded?! Tragic for all.

I suppot this decision. The one gulity is Hanna Gutierrez who was hired/paid as a professional to do a job that she failed to provide. She was reckless and jeopardized her whole crew!!!

Of course it wasn’t intentional. He might be a smart arse but he’s not a killer. And he was hilarious on 30 Rock! Justice was on the right side on this ruling. He was innocent and I think this will forever haunt his heart without a court charging him. I feel for him.

What happened on the movie set was a terrible accident. But if one the people who was handling the firearm just practiced basic gun safety this tragic accident wouldn’t have happened. All the people involved had to do is double check for themselves not taking someones word for it (because how many times have a firearm accidentally discharged when it’s supposed to be empty) that the firearm was either a non operational prop or that the firearm was empty. It would have only taken a few seconds to check the firearm to see if it was safe or not.
In a long story short this was a terrible accident caused by negligence not by intent.

I don't care much for Alex Baldwin but what the prosecutor did was so wrong..
The judge did the right thing. Its nice to see the judicial system working in the interest of actual Justice; no matter who its for !

This is so sad what happened but it was not alec baldwin's fault he is innocent, and after all this is over he deserves to get his life back, he will never be or feel the same as he once was but he need's to try, and pray it will never happen to anyone else in the future either way.

100% was not his fault. I’m far from his biggest fan but he had nothing to do with what happened and it would have been criminal if he’d been found guilty
