Halyna Hutchins and her family is first on all our hearts and minds. A tragic accident that took her life. The judge made the correct decision to dismiss. The Prosecution and law enforcement intentionally hid evidence. Alec can finally begin his healing process, both in grieving the loss of Halyna and what he’s been through legally for the past few years. So tragic all around for everyone involved.

The only person who is at fault for the dead body here is the person who was paid to do one job and failed. That person was required to hand Mr. Baldwin a properly "loaded" gun with blanks I presume. I think that person whomever they are that handed him this gun should be tried and hopefully convicted.

If Actors are Required to check guns before using the guns, what good is the "Weapon's Tester"? Also if Actors need to check the "guns" being used, then "WHAT ABOUT ALL OTHER DANGEROUS THINGS"? What about the "Lighting up above", might not be very secured and Drop on someone head, does the Actor need to check that also. What about a Military Explosion Scene, with Actors running by, and the Explosives are being exploded as they run by, making it look like Bombs are falling. Does the Actors need to check the work of the Explosives Expert? If not expected to check Overhead Lights and/or Explosives, then why expected to check the guns? Experts are on the Scenes supposedly to be doing THAT!
