Alec Baldwin Cries as Manslaughter Trial Is Dismissed

Judge Mary Marlow Sommer threw out the case against Alec Baldwin after prosecutors failed to turn over evidence related to the death of Halyna Hutchins on set of 'Rust' to the defense.

The prosecutor should be looked at for other violations she has committed against defendants. Y I K E S. This case should never have been charged because an actor is not liable for fake guns and props on sets.

My only question is this. WHY in the world would they be using a REAL gun on set in the first place. Or load it with LIVE rounds?! Like there is NO REASON that gun should have been capable of firing a bullet in the first place

At the end of the day, it was the armorer who was at fault due to her laziness and incompetence, I understand people want to blame someone but the person at fault is already behind bars. Hope Alec and his family can move one, he was genuinely heartbroken over his friend.
