WSR is a REIT that focuses on service-oriented shopping centers and it is currently offered at a 30% discount to its net asset value and pays a 5% dividend yield.

AHH is a REIT that owns a diversified portfolio, but it is rapidly becoming a quasi-apartment REIT and yet, it trades at a 2x smaller valuation multiple than its pure-play apartment peers.

CLPR is a REIT that specializes in apartment communities in New York City. It trades at just half of its net asset value because NYC is today out of favor.

AHH has been doing well; also made a nice return on the preferred AHH-A (15% since Oct 22'.) Just took a 26.52% gain on UBA and bought more WSR.. CLPR I'm down 48% from last year.

Hey great video’s I love Reits to. Just starting with investing. what do you think of mcdonald's stock ? not really a reit. but it's also real estate. ( if im not mistaken).

I go full risk and buy more iipr 🤯😂🚀 it now the biggest position of my cashflow depot with 12% followed by ntst with 9% 🙈

Hi Jussi I realy appreciate your video. I' new in the reit enviroment and I would like to ask you how I can take in cosiderescion the fact that there are some reit that are diluting you by issuing more share fore example Essential Properties (EPRT) and how can I put it my valuation?

A question regarding CLPR, their Operating Income is $27m, & their Net Interest Expenses is $41m, & they have $20m in Cash & Equivalents.. how can this work out? isn't there a risk of bankrupcy if they don't sell their properties promptly? or am I missing something?

You only invest in reit. Reit gets ordinary dividend which is not tax friendly.

I currently have Realty Income, EPR and STAG. I like monthly dividends haha. What´s your opinion?
I also have Alphabet (Bought at 88.50) and ACM Research (Bought at 12.35).

Good coontent. Yet i find hard to take you seriously when all your videos thumbnails shows you in silly poses like a tenager that saw a mouse. All that face holding in palms don't do you good. Would you follow the advice of a doctor who poses like that ?
