Without a doubt, Realty Income is a powerhouse of a REIT investment. With over 11K properties across the US as well as international exposure and a leader in net-lease solutions, Realty Income blows competitors out of the water. Currently, I have 102 shares and will continue to build just after I hit some milestones of my two other REITs (STAG & STOR).

Are REITs going to survive if the economy moves into a deep recession with the rising rate environment? Are these companies going to collect the rents if the economy sees massive layoffs and a deep downturns in the business sectors? This is what they should be able to explain too but I do not find anybody talking with both sides in mind.
