My wife was severely constipated when I first met her. half a cup of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds, 2 tablespoons of ground Flaxseed, 1 whole pear peeled, sliced and poached in a syrup of a tablespoon of water, a tablespoon of honey, and a quarter teaspoon of cinnammon. Put the chia and flaxseed in with the oatmeal, add 1 cup of water and stir over a low heat until it turns into porridge. add the poached pears in syrup, some sugar if desired, oat milk, 1 tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts, eat daily. After 1 week we saw some improvement and after 3 weeks she was completely regular. It also worked on my dad and my daughter. 9 grams of soluble fibre, and 9 grams of insoluble fibre, a ratio of 1:1 so it doesn't bulk up like the insoluble fibre heavy wholegrains in breads, etc. It gives you a nice soft stool with low to medium bulk. Also works for Haemorrhoids, which I can personally attest to.

Please guy's do as I say and some of you might get rid of this problem cause I've gotten better
1: by all means avoid refined wheat flour products this is your real enemy
2: avoid all types of meat go vegan
3: avoid dairy products instead use substitutes like soya milk
4: avoid fast foods strictly
5: try to add clarified butter in every meal possible this helps to soften the tool this helped me
6: try eating wheat flour products I'm Indian so I use to eat roti instead of rice and if you want to have rice have Brown rice it's rich in fibre.
7: drink water double the amount you use to drink before, drink hot water everytime and drink 2 to 4 glasses of hot water slowly in the morning in an empty stomach.
8: avoid fried foods, avoid potatoes.
9: have seasonal fruits increase the amount of fruit intake but avoid banana it's a strict no, peach can do wonders for constipated stool.
10: atleast chew food 25 times and increase if possible cause most of the digestion took place in the mouth itself.
11: have cucumbers alot and water rich fruits like watermelon it'll help in digestion.
12: avoid cabbage as when I used to eat cabbage I would see little spikes on my hard constipated poop which lead to anal fissure. So, I avoided cabbage it's my real enemy.
13:avoid chocolates it'll slow down digestion.
14: even if the problem pertains after all this effort go see a physician ASAP and you should see if the blood in stool is very frequent in large amount than its alarming go see a physician you could die of it if you won't.
15: after the medical prescription follow the things mentioned above as it won't harm you anyway.

I've been getting this problem again after having cabbage so I am starting again hope I get well soon.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate your videos. I’ve been dealing with brain cancer all year and between surgery and the chemotherapy drugs, constipation has been a weekly struggle for months. I wish I had found you sooner. Your knowledge and ability to teach is such a relief, thank you 🙏

I started an apple cider vinegar regimen a month ago and a softened stool was a positive side effect. One tablespoon in glass of water in the evening hour before bed.

Excellent video and so happy that someone has addressed this huge issue, mostly in the western hemisphere and developing countries. Laxatives are the #1 over the counter drug in the US, that should tell everyone something. So grateful for this as I am an highly educated IBS sufferer for over 40 years and continue to work to discover ways to manage it.

Cactus leaves..(nopal in Spanish).. You can blen it with water and drink it.. You will be amazed in how easy it is to have a bowel movement.. If you just can't take the taste as it is.. You can blend it with other fruits to hide the taste and flavor.. You can use orange, pineapple etc.

Great advice! I just had surgery and the painkillers messed me up. Since the surgery affected my abdomen, double whammy!

So, I used the Moo video and food advice and it worked.

I definitely agree with starting really slowly. I actually went too fast and ended up in the ER and having the doctor remove the waste. (1) Trying it the right way, I purchased probiotics and tested them for 2 months to see if they helped. The first one I bought was cheap and didn’t work then the second one was $40 and it worked. (2) Purchased a bullet blender and over 3 months increased my green shake to 3 a day. Green shake 2 cups mixed dark greens (Swiss chard, kale, collard greens, spinach) 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 firm banana ( for non IBS you can add a whole banana) + water. All this can be frozen including the greens. first month 1 bullet shake a day, 2nd month 2 bullet shakes a day, 3rd month 3 bullet shakes a day. Plan for a minimum of 9 months to “build up.” During this time drink about 1 gallon water (check with doctor if you have heart failure, COPD, heart lung or liver problems or edema). Also do miralax or some kind of over the counter daily for severe chronic constipation. I had to do miralax in the morning and one at night. Sometimes even colace or dulcolax and enemas too. (3) remove dairy completely no yogurt kefir milk ice cream 😢 (4) After the 9 months to a year try a plant based diet (or plant forward diet: twice a week you have some kind of meat in your meal) - at least 3 meals of: 1/2 dark leafy greens and 1/2 other vegetables.

I am using EHRETS method atm as loosely started fruit and veg last year which brought my seizures out to crazy moments. (Nervous, anxious, flushes of sweats soaking clothes, tingles, numbness, nausea and vomiting. Unbeknown to me I was breaking my fast with fruit instead of laxative foods. Can’t wait to try spinach/celery stew on my next fast and get to the end of 7 years of seizures 👌🏼 godliness has always been said to be close to cleanliness but it’s been misinterpreted to our outside and not our insides. A realisation I have noticed re old teachings.
And I am not religious. But fascinating seeing the bible through the eyes of a healing rather than superstition that is attached.
If anyone’s done psychedelics everyone knows I can reach same states being clean. Glad ur spinach helped. I can’t wait to try. X❤
