Agreed! Thank god I grew up in India in 80/90s and my family didn’t have money to waste on soda, juice, cereal and all the fast food! I hate fruit juice, even home made. I prefer to eat the whole fruit with the skin on (some people take the skin off of apple, pear, peach, etc). My grandma used to get us whole sugarcane that we would munch on to extract all the juice for a long time as a treat occasionally. Now, that I have kids I make sure they don’t drink juice, unless they are at a birthday party (2-3/years).

I think Dr Pal asked about the fruits and sugar inside the fruits and Ryan answered about packaged fruit juices which will have sugars in it!

Thank you Dr, because of you I'm trying home made sweets without sugar, I'm using alternatives like dates, raisins etc..where as in the past I used to love sweets so much and used to bring kgs of sweet from sweet shop, now I m preparing those things in home only but with sugar alternatives ❤

Aam panna is made by steaming raw mango and then extracting it's pulp and then made into liquid form . Sugar or jaggery is added to make it sweet.

Here the clear answer is man made sugar is dangerous not the natural one.
