You didn’t mention the most important point. The breath and brace. At the top of the squat, take in a deep breath and HOLD IT throughout the down and up sequence. Brace your core as if you are about to receive a punch in the gut. The breath and brace is probably the #1 issue that will eliminate the squatter from falling forward or having back issues. Get it ladies!!!

So it's okay for your knees to go way over your toes? I've always been told that knees must stay above the ankles during a squat but yours are past your toes.

I've never had that problem. I love doin squats as much as I love doin push ups. But my knees can't always keep up with me. Keep the video's coming! Love this channel! 💪

What about addressing not leaning forward and how to drop your butt back and down - like sitting on a chair - that would help beginners mucho

This is a very informative video and I’m sure your program is just as good...however, unless you are affiliated with Athlean-X, you should consider changing the name of the channel. No offense but it comes off as deceptive bc it looks like AthleanX so people click it and it’s not. Hurts credibility. That’s just my opinion.
