I sent my dog after a CPS worker once that wouldn’t leave my property back in the early 90s. They were actually looking for the neighbor behind me. She sustained multiple bite injuries and needed about 50 stitches. Because she was a trespasser and was refusing to leave my property my dog was not put down.

Proud of that guy, awesome job. Many bad things done in the guise of helping. My Dad was suffering with ALS and was temporally in a nursing home. We kept asking when could he come home as we had the people (wife, grown children, relatives) and resources to care for him at home where he wanted to be, where he wanted to die: with family who loved him in his own home. They fought us every day and refused to release him. It took my 80-year-old Mother to put them in their place in her broken English. Here is what she asked the case worker who told my Mom she could care better for my Dad than she could. “Ok, you say you can take care of my husband better than me? Tell me, what sickness does my husband have? The woman got flustered, kept looking down at her closed case file. She had no clue. My Dad was just a number and $$ to her. She left the meeting in tears and we brought my Dad home the next day. We held my Dad’s had as he passed away at home with those who loved him the most. A day I will never forget. Good job standing up to those uninvited bureaucrats. Thank SJVT, appreciate all you do.

The woman is used to bullying her way onto properties and use the threat of things getting ugly or charges to get people to comply. This dude knew what to do and she got butthurt real quick. She will be back at work concocting up any reason to go at this family now. Imagine if he didn't film it. She would have made up all sorts of lies to suit the narrative. Always film these tyrants.

I fought the CPS in court & won, the judge ask them if they ever lost a case before. They lied & said no. The judge said they had lost a case 2 weeks earlier, IN HIS COURTROOM.

To a lawful command and order to get off private property, her saying "If you wanna get ugly" is what is called "fighting words" legally speaking. These are words when uttered constitute a verbal threat or intimidation of a threat. If OP pursued it the DA would have to at minimum consider the charge, since she uttered the threat while still trespassing. They won't anyway and will cover for their own employee.

Needs to be a federal law that all LEO must wear body cams whenever on duty, or off-duty when acting in an official capacity, and their body cams cannot be turned-off, or tampered with. The said cameras must have live stream that is immediately accessible to the public, and is monitored 24/7 by a citizens oversight committee.
