The hurdy gurdy is an intrument from the middleages it has a wheel inside vibrating the strings creating a very intresting sound.

As a side note:
The dude who was on the mic does not know any sheet music yet can play quite a range of instruments.

I was at this show... It's the Summer Breeze Festival in Germany in 2017 & a couple songs later it rained much while were their playing. But who cares when good music is playing

The instrument is the Hurdy Gurdy other bands like In extremo, Tanzwut and Faun often use it in their music too; these guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend checking out Korpiklaani too. Thank you for a wonderful reaction as always. 😊
