Oh, you discovered Elueitie, well done^^ I've seen them live twice and it's always damn great. I recommend Breathe, Ategnatos, Quoth the Raven, A Rose for Epona, Alesia, Vianna, King, The Call Of The Mountains and Slania's song (<-- really love that one). And also have a look at "Isara", an instrumental track, but beautiful beyond words.

Excellent! One of my all-time favorite metal bands right up there with Nightwish, Cradle Of Filth and Arch Enemy! Definitely recommend checking out their earlier work from when Anna, Merlin and Ivo (now of Cellar Darling) were in the band; KING is a must-listen from that era!

This instruemt is called "Hurdy-gurdy" in German its called "Drehleiher"

A lot of instruments and that is folk metal for you in a nutshell. :-D Joking a little. The singer is Fabienne Erni who is also a harp player. She is the second vocalist. The band´s former vocalist was Anna Murphy who left and founded her own band called Cellar Darling (a folk metal band, as well) and she is a hurdy-gurdy player, as well. The band is from Switzerland.

So, I discovered Eluveitie about 2 years ago and they are currently my favorite and most listened to band... and I have a very extensive metal collection to say the least. There are so many must react songs for you.... please go down this rabbit hole!! :)

King, The Call of the Mountains, Helvetios, Thousandfold, Quoth the Raven, Inis Mona, A Rose For Epona, Alesia, Slania's Song, and Havoc are arguably their TOP 10 best and most popular songs (if I had to pick 10) with their previous female vocalist (Anna Murphy) and then pretty much anything from their last album (Ategnatos) w/ Fabienne Erni (who is the angelic red headed goddess in this video, and their current female vocalist, and the future of this band) is a must listen. If I had to pick a few for you though, definitely do Ategnatos, Breathe, The Slumber and Deathwalker.... or just do an entire album review? :)

Another thing.... while many of these have great official videos that would make great seeing this band perform LIVE is a MUST. Just make sure you have a good sound quality video, there are plenty of pro-shot official live videos on YouTube to pick from including many HD pro-shot FULL concert videos.

This FULL concert is from less than 2 months ago, it's their official live album that just came out and is perfect HD high quality audio and video, easily best Eluveitie full concert on YouTube!
A full concert reaction video would be the best birthday present I get (it's my birthday this month).... but if not, at least watch and enjoy it yourself when you have the time!!! You will be so glad you did!

Edit: So after posting this comment, I started watching that full concert again myself (I just watched it yesterday too) and it is soooo addicting. Watching them perform and jam out w/ all those folk instruments is a must see! If you start watching this concert, you will not be able to stop... please just do an hour and 14 minute long reaction... then we can watch it together! :)

Great reaction! I really love Eluveitie myself, especially the lead singer Fabienne! Speaking about her, I suggest you check out her band Illumishade, they only have 2 songs right now (3rd one will be released March 20th) and both of them are really great!

Great reaction, how awesome are they?? New sub, where have I been?! If you want to see what they're like playing a classic live, I'd highly recommend Inis Mona, especially from 2015 Woodstock for a great crowd.
