Thank You for this core technique I’m 71 years old and my core is getting better lol especially when men think I’m in my 50s because I want to stay healthy well into my 80s or older 😊

I really struggled to do these until my physiotherapist told me to start on the bed, holding onto the headboard, now 6 weeks later I've graduated to the floor holding nothing. I had spinal surgery years ago but now I need to strengthen my core again. Age and a trapped nerve in my back had me until recently. Now I'm happy to be trying to get fit again.

Just come across this one. I got hit from the back of my car at a stop light in 2020. It messes up my whole life. I’ve been taking a lot of pain killers but they only last for a while then back to square one. I’m definitely going to do this then report back here on how it’s going. Thanks Doc.
