2) Reverse Fly with Rotation
3) Round the World
4) Plank with Lateral Arm Raise
5) Superman Squeeze

Circuit: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest

Totally loved this exercise. I’m fairly thin however I do have that annoying bra bulge and back fat. I have been doing this exercise from your l yr ago post and love that one too so I was happy to see this one too. Very challenging for both of those videos. I will continue to do these. I'm on day 2 of doing this and am planning on incorporating this into 3 days of my 5 days a week workout . It's easy (except for the supermen 😂) but breaks me into a sweat and gets me ready for my HIlT jump rope. God help everyone putting in effort.
