Top 5 Vitamins That Permanently Cure Acid Reflux

5. Apple Cider Vinegar
It all starts with apple juice and yeast, which undergo fermentation to create vinegar, containing acetic acid and beneficial microorganisms. Although this vinegar lacks vitamins, minerals, or sugar, organic versions may contain plant protein strands and antioxidant enzymes. Acetic acid has been demonstrated in tests, to inhibit dangerous microorganisms, lessen inflammation, promote weight loss, and control blood sugar.

4. Zinc L- Carnosine
Zinc L-Carnosine is a unique blend of zinc and an amino acid called carnosine, which has been used in Japan since the early 90s, as a treatment for acid reflux. Studies have shown, that Zinc L-Carnosine can provide relief from unpleasant symptoms of GERD, such as heartburn and indigestion, by reducing inflammation and preventing stomach acids, from harming the gastrointestinal system.

3. Ginger
Originally from Southeast Asia, ginger is a fiery root that’s related to turmeric. The stem is where the plant's pungent oils are concentrated, making it ideal for using it in ginger spice. That's why you might hear it referred to, as "ginger root" instead. Acid reflux, can keep us from getting a good night's rest, and is extremely uncomfortable. But don't worry, because a piece of fresh ginger root, can ease your pain right away. The phenolic chemicals in ginger root, can relax the tissues in your esophagus and stomach, reducing the irritation produced by excess acid.

2. Betaine HCL with Pepsin
Acid reflux can be treated, using Betaine HCL with Pepsin, a dietary supplement that’s been around since the 1960s. It’s thought that the ancient Egyptians utilized it, for therapeutic purposes as well, though they probably didn't know why it worked so well, to alleviate symptoms of indigestion and heartburn. In recent years, researchers have found that taking pepsin with betaine HCL, can reduce acid reflux symptoms.

1. Probiotics
Live bacteria and yeasts, known as probiotics, are like superheroes for our digestive systems. They play a critical role in sustaining an ideal mix of gut flora, which in turn, promotes good health on a systemic level.
Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso soup, pickles, and kombucha, are all great sources of probiotics. Although they do help with digestion, probiotics have other benefits as well.

This is how I cured my Acid Reflux. I have had this discomfort for a long time. I have cabbage every day. Cabbage became a part of daily diet. I learnt about this from one of the videos by Dr. Eric Berg. In this video, he said there is a compound in cabbage that balances the ph (acidity/alkalinity) in the tummy. On another video, I watched, it says cabbage is better consumed cooked than eaten raw. And still another video said, if we have to cook the cabbage, we need to make bigger or thicker slices so most of the nutrients are not lost. So I combined all of these three recommendations. When I am cooking my cabbage, I just quarter it. For almost 6 months now, my acid reflux is completely gone. I have changed also my eating lifestyle. Eating deep fried food and stir fried triggers the acid reflux. so I refrain from eating anything deep or stir fried . In case you got the acidic taste on your throat, just eat cucumber, it removes the acidic taste left after a reflux. Additionally, adding 1 to 2 cloves to hot water and use it as alternative tea also helps. I would advice if you have GERD or acid reflux to identify what triggers them and minimize or stop eating them.

"....talk to your doctor...". I did talked to my doc and he said "that is not really proven", blah blah, and put me back on Nexium... so I did my own treatment, natural way. So far, much better. As far as I can see, doctors only needed for endoscopies or other tests, but for treatment, you gotta use your brains and do your homework... can't trust those "doctors" unless they are some kind of holistic or naturopath.... that's my experience.

Reflux actually increases your risk of esophageal cancer. As for sleeping, lay on your left side. As your stomach is on your left side, lying on the left will keep stomach contents in your stomach. Lying on your right side allows stomach contents to fall back into your esophagus.

Not quite sure where this research comes from 1. Yes ginger is good for digestion BUT for someone with GERD it can make it worse as you are putting a vegetable with heat into an already hot stomach! 2. Please, I urge you to check out breathing exercises for reflux. It really does help 🙏. 3. What isn't covered here, look for the reason for your reflux. Maybe it's your diet or stress. 4. Reflux is caused by not having enough acid in your stomach. This is the first channel to ever say differently!😢 Do your research guys, stay safe and I pray you recover soon. Also I found I teaspoon of bicarb in a glass of water and gargling helps with the "mucus" throat.

I just had my second Nissan operation. The previous was done 22 years ago. Now at 77y, I do pray that this op. wil last another 22 years😅. Eating any starch gives me heartburn, so I do stay away from any product with flour, yes no bread! I tried gluten free, but found it make me constipated. I lost a lot of weight after suffering with a kidney stone, was treated with a stent. Al my hair is falling out, apparantly as a result of all the anesthetics after my big operations. I only treatment that helped me is to take a half teaspoon of Bicarb in a glass of water before bedtime. No acid boiling up any more. I do take all the above in my meals and fresh salads daily, and exercise and walk in the sun as much as can. Here's hoping that my health will improve.

If all this works for me, and if I start feeling 100% better, I will pass it forward to help others.
Because I don't want people to go through the stuff, I had for the last 3 1/2 years.
I went through so many emotions and struggles. I know for a fact, I am only speaking about certain GI doctors,
who didn't help me, except for one, because he does Test ( EGD test and others ) and my first doc, told me to take PPI for 30 days and stop.
As far as the 2 doctors, didn't try to help. So, I will do my best to help people who has these kinds of health issues. Everyone should help each other.
I am very thankful for everyone on these groups.
I have to figure out how to get my hiatal hernia healed.

I have been to 4 GI doctors and not one has given me good advice to my health, so I'll do it myself.
I asked one GI doctor, what kind of diet should be on, he said, I could eat normal foods. I didn't believe that.
Anyways with my GERD, Low Stomach Acid, Esophagus and Hiatal Hernia, I am taking this,
Zinc Carnosine, DGL, Aloe Vera, Digestive Enzymes, and several others.
I even take vitamins A, B complex and Benfotiamine, C, D3/K2, "E", magnesium, potassium, and others.
I feel I have my own Supplement Store and minerals. I am Proactive with my health.
I avoid dairy, gluten, gmo, grains, nightshades, Soda, Sugar, Sugar Addictive's and Sugar Alcohols.
For each bite, I'll chew 50 times each. I don't eat a lot of food because my stomach fills up fast.
Only drink Water, 1/2 hour after I eat my food.

issues with your Throat. The only thing, I drink is water .
*As I write this, my throat is hurting, I think it has something to do with Sinuses*
Plus, Every 6 months, I have my Esophagus and Gut Checked for Barrett's, Ulcer, H Pylori or Cancer.
I will be starting Breathing exercises, which will help with Hiatal Hernia and Acid Reflux,

I spoke to my doctor, but he dismissed my concerns and put me back on Nexium. So, I decided to try a natural approach, and it's working much better for me. From my experience, doctors are mainly helpful for tests like endoscopies, but when it comes to treatment, it's important to do your own research and think for yourself. Holistic or naturopathic doctors seem more trustworthy in my opinion.
