does anyone know how to fix this because i have the same thing happening to me...i just got it and it started doing this

There was a hot fix that worked as a temp fix until the system powered off again that I used to use. Which is a hard power cycle of the system. (Pulling the power cord out of the system for 15sec)
But in the end it was an entirely different TV that fixed the issue for me, being our LG 55UB8500

Sadly I know of no known fix to this issue. I do know this was a Panasonic Veira issue, and not Xbox. Microsoft was ready to take my Xbox One for a repair but as a last ditch I tried our main TV which is a LG and have never had this issue again.
So aside from a different TV I do not know of a fix.

Turn on your tv and xbox and then unplug your tv but leave the xbox one and wait like 40 seconds then plug tv back in just worked for me
