Xbox One blue horizontal lines 4K flickering

I'm using my Xbox One X on my 4K Samsung Monitor. When I use 4K, these blue lines appear on the display and the screen flickers a lot. Does anybody know what causes this and how to fix, as it's clearly not supposed to do that?

Thanks for the video! I thought the problem was with my TV so this definitely helped me! I seem to get rid of this issue by turning off the Xbox completely and turning it back on.

The way I fixed it guys... I just went in and changed the refresh rate from 120hz to 60hz and it stopped the flickering problem on my 75 inch uhd LG smart tv.

I'm getting random black flicker like 30-40 minutes apart. It's so weird .. did anyone ever get this resolved? Faulty Xbox?

I’ve called best but and they told me it was my hdmi cable. Switched it out and I’m still have the same issue.. even when i put it back to 1080p i still have the same blue lines..
