Maybe temporary but the only way to whiten your teeth permanently is hydrogen peroxide, dentist approved too.

You can't yellow up your teeth unless you have naturally yellow teeth or your enamel is being destroyed

The "blue light" is not doing anything. And the only thing I could imagine he was doing is as effective as putting white paint on his teeth and calling it perfect.

Even with hydrogen peroxide it doesn't instantly whiten your teeth, it takes multiple applications and is not a one and done thing.
