Morning jeera tea Luke warm
8:00-8:30 am breakfast methi parantha /dahi +chai coffee /aaloo pyaz parantha
Orange /guava / any fruit
Lunch 1:00-2:00pm Weight loss rice /chilla /brown rice
Evening :green tea /apple cider vinegar /black tea/turmeric tea
+makhne /boil egg
Dinner:
Before 7:00am :spinach corn 1bowl /chicken curry
Soya chunks /egss /soup /less salt
Night drink :ajwain tea

I want to loose my weight in 1 month, bcoz my sister is getting married by end of Jan....
Being aspirant, my schedule ....
12-2 am go to bed
5:30-6:00 am wake up
6-7 get ready (honey water, chai, light breakfast)
7-10:20 -lecture
10:20-11:00- breakfast
11-1:20 -lecture
2-3 lunch
6-chai
8-9 -dinner

Morning drink m ...methi tea
Breakfast m poha upma vermicelli oats ki kheer ...oats and besan paratha
Lunch m ...ya to daal one bowl, ya daliya, ya oats khichdi, uttpam, or one green vegetable with one roti
Snacks m ...one cup green tea with roasted chana or bhelpuri
Dinner m soup, cheela or daal
Do not eat sugar, potato and rice
Do exercise min 1 hour Max 2
Or khane ke baad walk atleast 15-20 min
Please follow the diet plan and exercise strictly don't cheat if you really want to loose weight meri to journey abhi bhii chal rahi h
Guys roti m wheat ki jgh pe oats besan ya makki bajraa ki leti thi
