I barely had this system for a month and this error ever since the first time I tried to launch a game. It happens to nearly every single game I have. I've tried all of these "fixes" and yet the error persists. Sony should not have released any of their systems in this state.

Brand new digital console and everytime I am swinging on Spider-Man Remastered then eventually it will crash. Kept going back into the game and when i'm swinging for like 2-3 minutes straight then the crash happens again. Restarted the console and it happens all over the again. It's the hardware. The hardware on the PS5 can't manage upscaling with ray-tracing effectively. Poor construction.

Got my brand new PS5 today and encountered the same problem within the first 4 hours. Even with Astro's Playroom it doesn't even run for 2 minutes before this error occurs. 
The first time it happened I was playing Battlefield 2042 from a disc for 3 hours and out of nowhere it won't even load into the menu anymore, without that error.

It’s crazy cause I got my ps5 years ago! And now all of a sudden it’s closing on games it never closed on… I was playing GTA 5 for awhile on this same ps5 & then got bored of it, deleted it, reinstalled it & it’s like it doesn’t work anymore.. also keeps closing on College football 25.. like all the games I was playing before don’t work.

I had this error code both on PS 4 and 5.the games crashes after 2 hours of game play all the time.im thinking now it's a mod issue. it's only happens with one game fs22.

Honestly should be an embarrassment to Sony.. The fact that people are having issues on consoles, even the newer ones is crazy..

It just randomly appears in some games (usually PS4) with no explanation. It's either overheating or a connection issue from wifi to PSN servers. Or sometimes I think setting PS5 to 4K resolution can cause problems when certain games always crash at the exact same moment.

I found the solution to this problem, format your ps5 and After installation, first turn off syncing game save data.
- settings
-saved data and game/application settings
-sync saved data
-disable automatically sync saved data

Playing in ARK ASA ( PS5 ) start the error last week and now, in local mode, single player too, in the same place of the map each time. Always. I can’t go to the boss area or crash 😩😩🤮🤮

My wifes ps5 sets this code on different games she plays, but the only game it shuts down is the sims 4. She cant get it to run at all. We sent it back to sony twice and it still happens. I did change the dns and mtu settings as you suggested and it did work for a few days, but it did come back. Im just at a loss.
