So it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. It started yesterday for me. It kept kicking me off party chat and saying Nat type failed, then it was just not connecting or failed to connect.

After trying all these the one that seemed to work for me was the Frequency bands. I had mines set on 5 GHz. My router is in the living room still pretty close. But after switching it to 2.4 GHz it immediately connected and immediately started downloading my games and updates. Hope this helps!

I know the problem make sure your WiFi is paid bc they can suspend your WiFi so it works on devices like phones and stuff but nothing big like tv’s or console so ask your parents if they paid it

Also have this problem and nothing is fixing it. I have to make a internet test or turn it off and on. But the problem is never fixed forever. I don't understand why Playstation did not adress this yet. PS5 is just randomly shutting down the internet.

After going through this video I was annoyed it still wasn’t working but saw a comment saying how theirs was fixed after changing from 5ghz to 2.5ghz because their Wi-Fi was in another room, I changed it and it finally worked

If it isn’t working for you, forget the network. Choose your frequency based on his instructions before you retype in the password.

You saved my life bro 😂. Got 2gbps connection and I was just depressed after buying second hand ps5 bcz i wasn’t getting stable connection in fc24 . Ping was unstable ( instantly go to 200-400)and game was just too much laggy .
