Thank you Mate! I have been struggling for 2 hours on why my internet kept saying bad signal and me messing around with the modem. Turns out all I had to do was go into the safe mode like you said and reset default settings and now everything works perfect. Such a easy fix 😅😂

Thanks mate. I tried everything within the network section of the console. For me, nothing fixed my connection issue until I tried your advice on changing the primary and secondary dns servers before ultimately restoring default settings in safe mode, as you suggested. I just came across this issue today! I got a playstation today (4-23-23). I had just opened it and noticed I couldn't connect to the internet. All other devices connect to the internet just fine no issues. The only thing I can really do is connect it to mobile hotspot and I had tried everything. Resetting the router, factory reset, manually putting the wifi info in, ect. For anyone else having this issue and got it to work please let me know! Thanks
