I've got an interesting "What if" idea:

What if Padme _became_ force sensitive because of her pregnancy. We see during Order 66 in ROTS that she can sense whats going on to some degree, but probably doesn't understand what she's feeling.

What if Palpatine was a bit more stingy with the money for the clones and what if the Kaminoans cut some corners, so to speak. Everything still in specs, but always just at minimum. That includes the control chips and their "life expectancy".

What of the clones where found 5 years earlier?

What if Dooku took the power and really defected and the whole Seperatist movement/war became real and Sidious now really has to try and win this for the Republic?

What if Sidious decided against building the Death Star?

What if Obi-Wan returned to Tatooine in secret to free Shmi?

What if when Obi-Wan brought Luke to Tatooine, Owen and Beru were not there or refused to take in Luke for whatever reason.

What if Palpatine/Sidious was forced to fully reveal himself on the Invisible Hand?

What if the Jedi refused to become Generals and lead the clones into war?

What if the Seperatists were using clones and the Republic droids?

What if Palpatine was not a Sith Lord and juat your ordinary run of the mill corrupt politican?

What if Palpatine was actually a nice guy and Padme was the Sith behind the scenes?

What if after the last Jedi/Sith war, force sensitives were imprisoned and forced to have force suppressant collars/chains/implants within the Republic?

What if the Republic allowed slavery and the Oiter Rim was where the free people lived? (The Jedi are enslaved and conscripted force sensitives, who serve the senate.)

What if the whole clone wars started more than 10 years earlier, when Obi-Wan was 20 and still Qui-Gons padawan?

What if Obi-Wan didn't mope on Tatooine and instead immediately joined the Rebellion and became one of their leaders.

What if Sidious sent Anakin to Mustafar first and not to the temple, because he wasn't sure if Anakin wouldn't falter when faced with the task of killing children?
