About me:
I am a wife, mom and CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist). I went to nursing school to get my ADN, started working and then went back for my BSN. I was a travel nurse for 2 years before starting CRNA school. I loved travel nursing so much but I also love anesthesia so I went back to school to become a CRNA. Fitness is a huge part of my life. I've competed in powerlifting and Crossfit. Jon and I own a gym together. We are vegan because we are both huge animal lovers. We are also foster parents!

I’m a black female...it’s really insane the things people are focused on now a days. You would KILL to have a crna and an investment genius raise your child! I know I would. Look at these two they are model citizens, amazing people, and ESPECIALLY coming from the black community i don’t want to hear it at all because they NEED father figures like Jon ! I said what I said !

Black male, student nurse, longtime subscriber... please DO NOT pay attention to the haters. They are the LOUDEST on the internet and are less than 1% but pretend to speak for the whole Black community. This child is so blessed, and trust me most Africans would support your generosity. Taking out your societal frustrations on innocent, good hearted couples is weak.

There are children raised by grandparents, aunts, family friends or adopted parents. Family isn’t blood. Family is love.

My husband and I have fostered/adopted for over 10 years. We have 3 black children, 2 Hispanic children, 3 Caucasian children. I have just discovered you guys and want to give you a virtual high five. We have lived the "race" judging over and over but my babies stand up time and time again for this family. I do not have to say anything because these wonderfully resilient kids know that love has always been the end game and they do not care what others think. As time goes on and if you guys need any advice about anything, feel free to reach out to us. It does take a village and it helps to have people in your life that really know what goes on with foster care. Again, bravo for your tenacity.

Had you guys found out "Bee" was black and said no, you guys would have been labeled racist or prejudice. You are damned if you do and damned if you don't. people always have opinions but could never do what you do, you guys are doing a great job. Bless your family 🙏

As a black female I love that y’all adopted a black child. I plan to adopt a white child when I can. I’m so tired of seeing comments that splitting us up because of race. Yea we might be different colors but we all bleed the same. Good job parents

I am a Black female, and love has no color. People are so immature. Keep loving your baby and life. God gave her to you. I am proud of you. ❤🎉

Black female here.👋🏾 I’ve been watching you guys recently and really love your personality and drive. B is so blessed to have you 2. Any who, just wanted to say I was a foster child at the age of 16 and was placed with a few families, it was super rough in the beginning. The foster parent that took me in as family and made me feel loved and apart of an actual family was a white lady named Mrs Janet. ❤️ Her and her family treated me with such kindness and love. Treated me better than my own bio family EVER did. Blood or race doesn’t mean anything at all. Love conquers all and it’s clear that you guys love that little baby girl. Ignore anybody that says otherwise. ❤️

I don’t want this to come across the wrong way, but I am thankful for people like you. A lot of foster parents do specify race. The fact that you guys did not is happily surprising to me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend is Caucasian and I am African American Indian, we love you guys for all that you are doing for that little girl. So ignore the haters, they obviously just need more love in their hearts as you guys do.

The world would be a better place if you guys could clone yourselves. Please get on that ❤️

I am "black, " so I understand why some people are concerned about skin color, especially with what entertainers and evil people are doing to children. However, there are good, bad, and evil in every group of people. I would like to think that every person or family that takes in children, do it in the best interest of the children. My motto is PROTECT THE CHILDREN!

Jon’s energy was palpable through this whole video. I would NOT advise anyone to meet him in the comments. 😂

God bless you all, love did and will always prevail. 🥰♥️

Y'all are seriously my favorite family on any platform. I initially started watching this channel for the nursing related content not even realizing how much I would grow to admire both of you and baby B. I appreciate you guys giving people like myself a peek into your lives and I wish nothing but happiness for all of you in the future!!

I could read emotions in Jon’s face this entire video. How deeply Jon loves his daughter! How deeply you both love her! God knew exactly who to send this precious baby girl to. How wonderful it is to be chosen by Him to be her parents, to love and protect her. I believe you were always meant to be her parents. Nothing was going to interfere with that. Much love to all 3 of you❤️
