Improve the range of motion in your joints and your flexibility in your neck, chest, shoulders, arms and back, with this second part of the two-part series of stretching for seniors.

REMEMBER TO WARM-UP prior to doing this exercise.

Today I tried the streching (Upper body). There is nothing like streching the spine (arms all the way up to the ceiling). It gives me a sense of total wellbeing! Thank you once again Mike. I am with you everyday mostly with 35 to 40 minutes workouts.

Hi Mike I'm 59 an a retired hospital trained nurse of 40 years. My body is full of aches and pain however after doing both parts I feel much better. I could feel alot of bones clicking into place. I will continue every day here-on with your videos. Thankyou so much. Clare New Zealand 🇳🇿

Great informative video. Do both upper and lower stretches every morning and they seem to help with the arthritis. I certainly feel the difference if I miss a day.
