As I started watching this I was actually thinking “You know, this guy’s probably wrong, because I think the person Vader hated the most was himself. I’ll comment that once the video is done.” And lo and behold, that’s EXACTLY what the video was about. It was actually kind of surreal.

And this is why Vader/Anakin is my favorite fictional character. Anakin Skywalker: The Galaxy’s most powerful and likable hero turned into The Galaxy’s most hated and feared villain. Then redeemed when he thought everyone he ever loved was dead or his enemy.
