I've eaten here twice in the last month. The steaks are WONDERFUL. That dry aged meat is so delicious. I've had both the porterhouse for two and the bone in New York steak for one, and they are equally excellent. Some of the best steak I've had, ever.

Your so nice to the point even though i live near Frankfurt, Germany and can't imagine coming to las vegas ever (rather new york, alaska or L.A. if USA), but looks good.

The spinach and potatoes i can do by myself and beef is no problem to get high quality in germany but certainly you pay for the experience and the cooking too.

Keep up the good work uploading those calm, but yet funny series.

I've never seen the point of a steakhouse.. I just reverse seared a steak yesterday and it came out absolutely amazing, actually looks 100x better than this one.
