You should try Rios Steakhouse they have delicious cheesy bread and their meat and sides are both amazing.

I'll admit that it's fun to try to eat more than your monies worth on any buffet. However, the maximum value you can get out of any buffet is just to eat what you want to and what you enjoy, not just eat the most expensive stuff for the sake of it.
