Thank you for uploading video. My landlord has recently updated the bathroom. The builders has left a small section of the wall not completely tiled. I reported this to the builders. They came and filled it with mastic. Not very happy with the outcome. I have decided to the repair myself, by taking out the badly cut tile and replace a brand new tile. After watching your video, it has given me the inspiration to do the job myself instead of complaining about the level of service.

Perfect and the tip at the end about saving tiles is a must. The tiles in my bathroom are no longer available and tiles in the shops are about 2mm shorter than my old ones so no chance of a patch or decoration to hide things. Luckily ive just removed 8 from above my sink, soaked them in sugary lemon juice mixture and cleaned the lot. Now to remove the broken tile and have 7 in reserve for future mishaps. Many thanks for an excellent video.
