Possible to do a video that teaches one to nail their handstand kickup with 100% success rate? My kickup success rate is at 50% rn..getting the percentage up isnt easy for me haha

This video doesn t make sense, the title should be how to get better at pull ups...
I guess weighted pull ups are relevant but then the only other exercise for explosivness is to do the eccentric as fast as possible and pull as high as you can, period.
